Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of VEYNORA OS, the operating system for modern agencies.

Using your account

You must provide accurate account details and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including actions by co-founders or team members you invite.

You must be legally able to enter a contract and use VEYNORA OS only for lawful business purposes.

Subscriptions and payments

Plans are billed monthly in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) at the price shown on the pricing page. The Free plan requires no payment details.

Paid plans are activated after we verify your JazzCash or Easypaisa transaction screenshot. Coupon discounts apply to the plan price at the time of purchase.

You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges; the current paid period is not refunded unless required by law.

Your data

You own the data you put into VEYNORA OS. Workspace data is end-to-end encrypted and we do not sell it.

You can export your records to CSV or PDF at any time. If you close your account, we delete workspace data after a short retention window.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to breach, overload or reverse engineer the service, and do not upload unlawful content or content you have no right to store.

We may suspend a workspace that puts the platform or other customers at risk.

Availability and liability

We work to keep VEYNORA OS available, but the service is provided without warranty of uninterrupted operation.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes are announced in the app or by email before they take effect.
