Your agency data belongs to you. This policy explains what VEYNORA OS stores and how it is protected.

What we collect

Account information: your name, email address, agency name and plan.

Workspace content: the clients, projects, invoices, expenses, goals and files you create. This content is end-to-end encrypted.

Payment information: the amount, method (JazzCash or Easypaisa) and the transaction screenshot you upload for verification. We never see or store your card or wallet credentials.

Technical data: basic logs needed to keep the service secure and reliable.

How we use it

To run your workspace, activate your subscription, provide support and send essential account emails such as sign-in, password reset and payment confirmation.

We do not sell your data and we do not use your workspace content to advertise to you.

Encryption and access control

Workspace records are encrypted in your browser before they are stored, and every account is isolated with row-level security. Only you and the people you invite can read your workspace.

Payment screenshots are stored in private storage and are only viewable by our billing administrators for verification.

Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your theme and currency preferences. There are no advertising trackers.

Your rights

You can export your data to CSV or PDF, correct your account details, or request deletion of your account at any time.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we will notify you in the app or by email before the change takes effect.
